I’m Natalia Zarate, the heart behind Sweet Ciro - a wholesale and direct-to-consumer bakery located in Dayton, Ohio. We specialize in handmade Argentine treats called Alfajores. Each one is a symbol of love and support for our son Ciro, who was diagnosed with a devastating neurological illness called Canavan Disease. We relocated here to obtain treatment for Ciro and every purchase from Sweet Ciro will contribute to both his continued progress and to our dream of helping others facing similar challenges. At Sweet Ciro, we're committed to freshness. Our alfajores are handcrafted daily, ensuring that each box you receive is assembled with care on the day your order is placed. These treats are at their best one week after they're baked and assembled, enjoyed at room temperature for an optimal balance of flavor and texture. Store them sealed at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, or freeze them for up to 6 months without any compromise in taste or quality.
